SWORN DECLARATION
I, as an applicant for authorization to enter the Republic of Argentina in full knowledge that all the information I am submitting in this declaration is true and will be determining for the Administration (Dirección Nacional de Migración), swear under oath:
1) That I do not have a national or international Criminal Record.
2) That I have not been prohibited to re-enter the Republic of Argentina or any other country.
3) That I have never been involved in activities that could endanger the national security or the public order and that, to my knowledge, do not have a police record that could include me in any of the inabilities or prohibitions foreseen by the immigration’s Regulations, which I declare to know.
4) That I did not request or obtain political asylum in the Republic of Argentina.
5) That I am aware and accept that the falsehood or reticence of this declaration or the documentation I have produced to sustain my request, shall result in the anullment and revocation of the authorization that is granted to me and, eventually the expulsion of the country. I understand this declaration will be taken into account by the Dirección Nacional de Migración to consider my request.
